Shipping costs Each article has its own individual shipping costs. These shipping costs are directly related to size, weight, number of packages, product group, shipping company and price of the product. In this way we can offer you a fair shipping price appropriate to your product. The shipping costs distinguish between deliveries within and outside Germany. The destination is always decisive, not the address of the customer. You will be informed about the expected amount on this page. The amount of the shipping costs may change if additional components are added. The shipping costs for deliveries outside Germany are divided into two categories: Zone 1 and Zone 2: These zones have become necessary due to the very different costs which the contracted transport companies charge for their services. Shipping logistics Particularly large and/or heavy orders (over 31.5 kg) are delivered by a forwarding agent. As a rule, the commissioned company will arrange an individual delivery date with you - for this purpose, we need your telephone number during the ordering process.
Shipping time You will find information on the shipping time on the respective product detail page. Please note that for orders that are paid with the payment method "prepayment", the delivery can only be set in motion as soon as the invoice amount has been credited to our account. In order to be able to make a direct delivery of goods in stock, we recommend that you select PayPal, "immediate bank transfer" or credit card as payment method. The delivery time varies depending on the type of delivery (by DHL/ UPS or forwarding agent). For logistical reasons, DHL or UPS occasionally splits up shipments to the same addressee and delivers them on different days one after the other - especially if the packages have different sizes.
Climate neutral shipping Our shipping is climate neutral. This means that we offset the CO2 emissions of our shipping. At climatepartner.com you can find the certificate of our climate neutrality with information on how much CO2 we have offset and which climate protection project we support for this.
For all purchases and service orders placed on our website, by fax, email, or telephone, we offer the statutory return period (14 days).
For all items except for Teufel gift cards, we offer an additional contractual return period which enters into force the day after the statutory return period expires, for a total of eight weeks after receipt of the product. Your statutory return period is not effected by this.

OFC copper The massive copper cables (subwoofer and loudspeaker cables) are made from oxygen-free copper with >99.99% purity so that oxidation will not in any way weaken the cable or hinder its transmission abilities. Copper with a high degree of purity is specially treated in order to create a robust cable capable of transmitting transparent sound free form colouration. More wire strands per cable Each of the loudspeaker and subwoofer cables contain an especially high number of strands for extra flexibility and conductivity. Robust jacket The extremely robust yet flexible outer jacket protects the high-quality cable inside. The positive pole is indicated.
